From the beginning you know you want a doula, someone there to give you information on ALL your options. You want to be able to text and call to ask ALL the questions about the details of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You want someone who has taken this journey before and can point you in the right direction for unbiased, up to date, evidence based birth education and information so you can make the right decision for you and your family before, during and after birth. This option means I prepare you and your partner to be all the birth support you need on the big day.

3 months of Virtual Birth Support. You’ve come to the pointy end of your pregnancy and you’re feeling a bit unprepared for what’s to come at the birth of your beautiful bundle/s. You’ve got some burning questions that some unique and to-the-point birth education will help with, you need some direction on what is available to you in the way of natural pain relief, how your partner can be the best birth support for you, what you can do in the lead up to birth to boost your mind and body or maybe you need someone to talk to about parenting, how to set up the postpartum period of your dreams.

2x2 Hour Virtual Birth Mapping Sessions.

Lets play the game! This is not your average Birth Education...

You don’t know what you don’t know so let’s make this discovery fun and play the birth game. Great to do with your partner to find out how each of you feel about decisions that will come up in pregnancy and birth. Birth Mapping is changing the landscape of birth education and birth support. Completing your Birth Map puts you on the front foot no matter what your birth looks like.

4x1 Hour phone calls about all of the above with follow up information packs so you have a plan for each of these aspects of the most exciting adventure you’ve ever had. Even if it’s your second, third and/or fourth baby you will have a better understanding of how THIS journey will unfold.
